Kartoffelnest

Kartoffeln an einer Reibe zu Spänen verarbeiten, salzen, ein Metallsieb damit auskleiden und ins Fett halten: voilà, ein Kartoffelnest:



Das Nest kann man dann leckeren Kleinigkeiten füllen, zum Beispiel Hähnchenbrust mit Safran-Paprikasauce und (wenn man viel Langeweile hat) geschälten Weintrauben:
